Something not right? Try this first for speediest solutions…

  • Logout and log back in again (yes, really, this is still a thing!). This will refresh the behind-the-scenes clever bits. If a course you should have is missing, this should do the trick
  • Reset your password if you’re having trouble logging in. There’s a user login sync thing that runs between the main Slick Business site and the education portal, and usually a reset gets it behaving itself again if it’s got in a muddle.
